une estimation exigent des
connaissances spéciales que
l'expert n'a pas, il fera appel

en être averti avant que le travail

The prices must correspond
to market rates.
If a valuation or an estimate
requires special knowledge
which the expert does not have,
he will draw on the services
of a competent specialist.
If the fees of this specialist
are not calculated according
to the scale indicated above,
the client must be informed
in advance before the work
is carried out. The expert shall
perform all assignments with
impartiality, to the best of
his knowledge and conscience.
He cannot be held legally
responsible for an error of
appraisal.
